Our Farm Fresh Cheese is all natural, made from our own milk and no hormones are added!

We have Cheddar and Colby cheese made from our farm fresh milk.  The Cheddar cheese is aged at least 2 months or more. 

Our dairy heard is made up of mostly Jersey cows with some Ayrshires.  All cows graze on open pasture and grasses.  They are on the pastures most of the time (weather permitting).  Our pastures are organic pastures, and we do not use hormones to increase milk production.
