Central Valley Farm started in 1948 as a dairy farm. Central Valley Farm is still involved in dairy going into the 4th generation.

We are now in the process of our transformation to an organic farm.

This year 2007 we are going to offer a  Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) for our farm grown vegetables. We also are getting started in the sale of farm fresh cheese, made from our own Jersey fresh milk.

Coming soon we are going to sell shares in our milk herd.  This is an excellent way for you to get your farm fresh raw organic milk!
